A POLITICAL PARTY _TO * BE_ FORMED* BY THE *MASSES* .

Beloved, the bane of Nigerian politics is that the same actors constitute the political elite that are continuously recycled,  hence no new ideas that will bring about a change that will favour the masses are infused into the body-politics.

To qualify to be an influential member  of any of the existing political parties, you must be a money-bag. Those who have ideas that will move the country forward usually do not have the funds to be active members of the established political parties.

The money-bags who direct the affairs of the parties usually amass their wealth by looting the treasuries when they hold key positions in government. They retain their status as members of the political elite not because of their contribution to the development of the polity and improved welfare of the masses,but by manipulating the helpless citizens to vote for them during elections.

Unless the masses unite and come together to fight these elites,, there can never be any progress for Nigeria and by extension the black race as Nigeria is the largest gathering of Blacks in the same polity worldwide. If we succeed in getting it right, there will be progress for Africa and Humanity.

 THE WAY FORWARD :

If out of the population of over Two Hundred Million Nigerians we can mobilize Thirty Million ( WHO GENUINELY THIRST FOR  CHANGE ) to contribute NGN2000 (Two Thousand Naira) each as seed funds, to register a party that will contest elections with the existing political parties, we will be taking a step in the right direction.

Members of the current political elite and corrupt money-bags should be totally excluded from the membership of this new party. Nigerians who have made their mark in life as honest contributors to the development of the society and the progress of humanity irrespective of their social, religious, tribal, sectional or ethnic standing should be invited as members of the board of trustees to pilot the affairs of the party. 

The current development in technology makes it easier for a tab to be kept on the card-carrying members of the party and ensuring that membership is restricted to the masses only. 

Out of the sixty billion naira that will be raised, whatever is left after the successful prosecution of the election should be invested in providing for the needy in the society.. 

We cannot continue doing things the same way and expect different results. It is hoped that a step in  this direction will help to divert attention and ease the tension that is currently building up, threatening to tear apart the polity.

The masses should not allow themselves to be lured into a feud by the ethnic superiority policy that the current leadership of the ruling party is propagating as this will definitely lead to a civil war and the masses will be worse-off for it. 

All the present political parties do not have a manifesto.  This new party will be guided by a manifesto that is focused on eradicating poverty and illiteracy and ensuring that there is food on the table of the less privileged especially in this era of high rate of inflation accompanied by the skyrocketing of the price of most items. 

There is a need for DIVINE APPROVAL to achieve all that is highlighted above . This is why we need to earnestly seek the face of the CREATOR , whatever we conceive him to be.
