TOGETHER WE CAN SURVIVE.

Beloved, the imminent recolonization of the African Çontinent , if not checked, should not be blamed on the foreigners who are greedily exploiting and continuously plundering our human and natural resources, but on Africans who find it difficult to govern rightly.  Despite being aware of the time bombs and mines placed on our paths by our former colonizers, they still plod on with reckless abandon.

It is highly desirable that our brothers in the diaspora should come over to lend a helping hand to the development of the Çontinent. But our bane, which is bad governance is chasing our own sons and daughters out of the continent to foreign climes.  So how can we encourage those who were born and raised in the diaspora to relocate to Africa when our own children find it difficult to survive in this hostile environment?

In their claim to  improving the standard of living, the political elite are mortgaging the future of the continent into the hands of foreigners by obtaining loans that are not repayable by many generations to come. It's so unfortunate that the greater percentage of the loans are never expended on projects for which they were obtained but end up in the pockets of our political elite who lack foresight and are so self-centered. They forget that their offsprings will also in the future be brought to bear  the brunt of their actions today. Many of them who are in positions of power lack the moral capacity to offer good governance since they got to positions of power through stolen-money-politics. They therefore succumb to corruption and overlook the welfare of the citizens.

If the socioeconomic environment is not hostile, our youths who emigrated abroad to foreign climes as well as our other friends in the diaspora will be encouraged to come over, bringing with them the much needed technical capacity to improve our standard of living. The Chinese have made serious incursion into our continent and if this is not checked urgently, the future of a United and Free Africa is at stake.

RECOMMENDATIONS

An appeal is hereby being directed at fair-minded AFRICAÑS to key into and  embrace the PAN-AFRICANIST philosophy inherited from our forebearers such as Marcus Garvey, Kwame Nkrumah and others with a view to including such in their Educational Curriculum. By doing this,they will be contributing to the unification of the continent.

Efforts should also be made to galvanize our children along this direction by indoctrinating them to embrace the PAN-AFRICANIST philosophy as early as in the secondary school level, and also teaching them the moral values that "what you don't honestly work for, you can not keep".

If the United States of America can exist and  be run as a single unified state given its large territorial land mass, there is no reason why Africa with it's abundant natural resources and human capital can not àlso exist as a single Unified State.

A United Africa is required to ward off our foreign predators,as individual African countries can not fight them alone.
