HOPE FOR THE YOUTHS INITIATIVE

Beloved, the progress of Humanity depends on the youths of Africa. But where are they today? Majority of them have either dropped out of school or are wandering the streets in search of nonexistent jobs. Their future looks so bleak 'cos the same set of political elites who have been in charge for the past 22 years especially in Nigeria, have no solution to their problems. Yet the youths remain docile & passive watching their future being mortgaged by clueless politicians. As you make your bed, so you will lie on it. It is up to the youths to take the bull by the horns & chase away the political elite who are toying with their future or face a lifetime of poverty & illiteracy.

I represent the Vanguard of a faith-based end-time Crusaders for the Soul of AFRICA/HUMANITY poised to attack challenges faced by contemporary society worldwide, with a view to taking humanity to a higher realm of Love, Joy, Peace, Unity and a closer walk with our Creator.

I intend to identify catalysts for change that are as passionate as I am,as regards reorientating our Youths, by inculcating into them, right values as future leaders, especially by educating them on Dangers of Drug Abuse, Prostitution, Cultism, Peer pressure, Pornography, Teenage pregnancy and other vices that are prevalent at that stage of life
I will also spear-head a militant faith based movement targeted at uniting Africa and the rest of Humanity with a view to uplifting, the oppressed, the depressed and the suppressed worldwide, by motivating them to discover and fulfill, their destiny. These include the poor and the hopeless, who have given up as a result of the abject poverty in which they wallow, due to bad governance by corrupt visionless leadership, as is common especially in Africa and the Third world.
As ORUNMILA my weapon is LOVE. As an African, i have just broken out of the bondage, that the powers of darkness has kept me for so long, hence i intend to rekindle the flame of Love for one another and teach the rest of Humanity what it is to LOVE (Unconditionally)
LET’S GET SERIOUS
PREAMBLE:-
Nigeria as a nation, has the largest population of black Africans gathered, together compared to anywhere else in the world. Any positive development or improvement of the standard of living of the average Nigerian will have a ripple effect on other communities in black Africa.
The country is abundantly blessed with both natural and human resources compared to most parts of black Africa.
Africa is currently the least developed continent compared to other parts of the world.
Therefore any positive change in Africa will equate to progress for humanity.
KEYS TO SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF AFRIÇA AND BY EXTENTION THE HUMAN RACE.
(I)        A CALL FOR DIVINE INTERVENTION
The spiritual realm controls the physical. A Continent without God is destined to fail. There is need for all Africans to prayerfully seek the face of God (whatever we conceive Him to be) and ask for the Forgiveness of the sins of our ancestors and also our forefathers before we can make any meaningful breakthrough. The ancient religion of our ancestors which involved human sacrifices is still haunting us today as a race. There is need for all to combat the forces of darkness so that we can overcome evil. We need to earnestly seek the face of OLODUMARE to enable ORUNMILA to lead our Youths to steer a course towards the development of the African continent.and bring Love and Peace to Humanity.
(ii)    SOUL SEARCHING:-
The family is the building block of society. Let each constituent that makes up the family; do an introspection and make amends where he/she has gone wrong, thereby contributing to the level of decadence in which we have found ourselves in Africa,  the Third world and the rest of HUMANITY at this END TIME.
(iii)   MAKING AMENDS:-
If you as an individual had an opportunity to lead in the past and misused it, now is the time to make amends. All the money that you have made-away-with, and kept in foreign accounts, can be repatriated without drawing attention to yourself and re-invested  in PROJECT AFRIÇA MOVEMENT. This will enable the continent to be more economically buoyant. Such money as have been stored away in foreign accounts is being used to develop the foreign countries economy at the expense of  Africa at large.
(iv)   REORIENTATION:-
The average youth in Nigeria nay Africa, believes that the only reason to seek public office is to amass wealth albeit dishonestly or illegally. We need to go back to the basics and realize that what you don’t work for you can’t appreciate how to use.
We need to invest funds into massively re-orientating ourselves, as to the need to be honest and God-fearing. We should stop worshipping money-bags who have acquired their wealth dishonestly. They are agents of the devil. There is need to confront the devil by fighting evil in the society. We should stop trying to rationalize whatever is not for the good of the society.
THE WAY FORWARD
In the coming dispensation we have to create an Afrocentric Ideology to guide us in matters relating to the development of  our continent. By this, it is meant that decision makers should make policies which have Africa as its focus. We need to appreciate that we are responsible for the welfare of Negros all over Africa, and in the diaspora. This continental focus will to some extent help to reduce the divisible effect of tribalism and ethnicity in our society.
Poser 1 – How can we reduce the divisible effect of tribalism and ethnicity?
Ogunjobi – By having a continental focus, whereby we realize that, given the mineral, land and human resources that we are blessed with in Nigeria/Afriça, we should focus not only on caring for Nigerians, but our other African brothers.
Poser 2 – How can we care for our other African brothers?
Ogunjobi – we do not have to play the father Christmas by donating to less – privileged Africans, but focus on the needs of Africans which include eradicating poverty, hunger, diseases and illiteracy and strategizing on how we can overcome them. This we can do by running the economy of Africa as a Public Liability Company with all Africañs who can afford it holding shares in units of a minimum of N1000/100AFRO each.
Poser 3 – How can we tackle hunger?
Ogunjobi – Africa can become the food basket of the World through creating Agricultural settlements in various parts of the continent Those settlements can employ youths from all over the continent
To participate in farming. Products that suit each environment should be focused on, through active investment on mechanized Agriculture.
Workers in those “settlements” should be assured of three square meals free-of-charge and a modest income at the end of each month. We would have succeeded in feeding the less privileged who work on those settlements and in other areas of the economy, if our focus is on feeding other parts of the World. The adage says, if you want to get to the top a building, you aim for the top of a hill. If you want to get the top of a mountain, you aim for the skies.
Poser 4 – How do we tackle the shelter challenge?
Ogunjobi – Modest investment on shelter for these settlements can help to cater for the needs of the workers who are employed to take care of the farms.
Students in our various Campuses of Eunice and Samuel Mofoloruñso Ogunjobi Memorial Open Learning Centers should at one stage of their education,  be posted to practice, what they are being taught in their various institutions and to appreciate the dignity of labour especially, those of them in agriculture and engineering.
This measure will take care to some extent the problems of poverty and hunger in our continent
Poser 5 – How do we fight disease and poverty?
Ogunjobi – A well-fed man is certainly likely to be healthy. A massive investment on the welfare of the average African will reduce the effect of diseases in, the continent and this will also reduce the large investment on the health sector and reduce the number of people who have to go to hospitals, which are presently at best non-functional
Poser 6 – what can be done to move Africa from the bottom of the pile?
Ogunjobi
(1)       EMPOWERMENT
(a)         Empowerment of the active labour force through massive use of microfinance and training on how to use it.
(b)         Making access to title easier in order to facilitate access to credit
(2)       DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL
(a)         Replicate the Indian experience of jumping one stage from industrialization straight into the IT age
(3)       GOOD GOVERNANCE
(a)         Strong institution of Government, as evidenced in rule of law, less bureaucratic snags, good policing and law enforcement procedures.
Emphasis should be laid on Private-Sector-led business initiatives with Government just providing an enabling economically stable environment.
(4)       DEVELOPMENT OF FAITH-BASED INSTITUTIONS – A return to good social values usingfaith-based organizations to preach the values of morality typified by equity and social justice.
