PURPOSE-DRIVEN PANAFRICANISM

The Long March to Post-Capitalist Transition: Pan-Africanist ...

Beloved, it behoves on us to respect the  memories of the departed souls of our ancestors who dedicated their lives to the fight for the unity and freedom of Africa. The only way to acknowledge our appreciation for their sacrifice is to pick up the fight from where they were called to the great beyonds.
This is very important and more urgently so as the continent is facing another round of possible enslavement. The Chinese due to their large population and their technological superiority are pursuing an expansionist drive that is focused on taking over the land mass as well as the control of the economies of many of the African countries..
The French Government has for her own selfish interest granted Independence to our Francophone brothers without giving them the accompanying freedom. They still exploit and plunder their resources to keep the economy of France bouyant. However a cheering note is that the French Government in June 2020 exempted Francophone Afriça from payment of their Revenue into Central Bank of France.
All our other erstwhile colonial masters still maintain a presence on the continent albeit through our corrupt political Elites.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

My humble suggestion is that to be able to be impactful ,PànAfricanist groups both in Africa and the Diaspora should strategically unite under two umbrellas. One umbrella should  cover Children and Youth Education/Reorientation while the other should focus on the fight for the unity of Africa with a view to keeping away foreign predators whose main interests are         re-enslaving and exploiting Africa's human and natural resources.

Education of our children from the primary school to secondary level should be the focus of the first group. Here the teaching of African History, Ethics, Civics, Agriculture, African Culture and Vernacular should be key subjects in the curriculum. The place of Africa in the myth about creation and as a continent which is the Cradle of Civilization should be a part of Africañ History to be taught to our children. This can only be achieved by a total overhaul of the Educational Curriculum of the African Continent. - which is  the wisdom in the vision behind EUNICE & SAMUEL MOFOLORUÑSO OGUNJOBI MEMORIAL OPEN LEARNING CENTER.

Massive reorientation of our Youths by the use of motivational, inspirational and educational musical lyrics targeted at making them believe in themselves and ridding them of inherited colonial mentality is also suggested. Music should therefore be the vehicle for mobilizing our Youths towards the liberated Africa of our dreams. Our brothers in the Diaspora have a major role to play because the Africañs in the Diaspora are the strength of our MOTHERLAND.

CONCLUSION

I humbly suggest that Pan Africanist Groups should align themselves into any one of these two groups instead of competing with each other. This will enable us to  move closer to achieving the goal of a Federally United African States NOW ,and at the same time setting our children and youths on the right path towards a  liberated and Emancipated mindset.
Once again i implore the African Union leadership to dispationately take advantage of the uncertainties of this Covid 19 Pandemic Era to urgently start the process of freeing African countries from their foreign debts and lifting the heavy yoke off the neck of our Francophone brothers.failure to which we will be in perpetual slavery.
We would have succeeded in placing Africa on the path to greatness through the vehicle of a Purpose-Driven Pan Africanism

AFRICA MUST UNITE AND BE TOTALLY FREE.
