METRITOCRACY-THE KEY TO EMANCIPATION.

"Beloved, these same set of politicians have been running the country for the past 22 years and there has been no meaningful improvement in the welfare of the average Nigerian.
Is it not about time we explored new ways of charting the path to growth and development on our Continent?

We start with our fatherland Nigeria Project Africa Movement is offering a vision-driven total package consultancy in Restructuring & Budget Execution that will revolutionize the African Continent and contribute to the progress of Humanity.

We have the backing of the CREATOR in our mission to make Africa the next and most vibrant civilization. Our political elites in Nigeria are encouraged to step aside to enable the establishment of GOD'S KINGDOM ON EARTH. This is a prerequisite for peace and progress all over the world.  Please circulate worldwide. Deja Vu"

In my last discourse, I defined emancipation as the act of being set free from legal, societal or political restriction i.e being freed from restraint, influence or the likes.

SOCIETAL: As Africans we have been made to denounce our cultures as not only barbaric but also antisocial- a basis upon which our continent has been invaded by the more advanced countries with foreign philosophy and political ideologies. In fact, many of our information media project our fundamental beliefs negatively.
The Nigerian nation since independence has continued to nose dive, moving down the ladder of development. This is due to the continuous recycling of the 2% political elite who have continued to feed on the poverty and docility of the over 98% of the population of over 180million citizens of this great country.

Despite the mineral and human resources with which the nation is blessed, we have continued to oscillate on the same spot after 60 years of independence.
The political elite have remained bereft of ideas that will move the country forward, but they continue to cling to power. If we continue in this way there is no hope for the youths and the unborn generations. The present democratic dispensation has failed to provide a level playing field for the youth who should be in charge tomorrow.
There are already negative signs of what the future portends as reflected in youth restlessness, kidnapping, cultism and other antisocial practices in the society.
We need to thank Almighty God (Olodumare) for showing interest in our life especially at this end-time.

POLITICAL: Societies have gone through various stages of political development. There was a time communism was in vogue especially in the Soviet Union. Later socialism as in some other areas of the world, until the drawing away of the Iron Curtains and the breaking down of the Berlin wall.
Democracy also thrived as in the United Kingdom, America as well as other countries of the west with varying adaptation to suite each particular country.
Nigeria for a brief period after independence operated under the parliamentary system of democracy followed by Unitary Military Dictatorship for a greater part of her post-independence era. The democratic system of the capitalist ideology fashioned after the American style of Government is definitely not working in Nigeria. In one of my last papers I postulated that Meritocracy (a hybrid of capitalism) is a political system where whatever you achieve in life does not depend on your ethnic, religious or whatsoever cultic group you belong, but as divinely designed by the Creator and not based on who you know but what you know that would be of benefit to humanity.  There are millions of youths wandering all over the streets daily in search of nonexistent jobs. There was a time when our educational system produced graduates who ranked with their contemporaries around the world. However, because of the degradation of the value system, most of our graduates are now half -baked.

Our problem dates back to Berlin, where Africa was partitioned. Our solution lies in unifying the African continent again under the umbrella of United African States Nigeria will just be a nation/state, represented by delegates chosen strictly by merit & not on any quota basis. Hence the suggestion of Meritocracy as against Democracy which gives room to subtle manipulations.
The standard of education of many of our youths is nothing to write home about.

This is because many of them are influenced by the wrong values passed down by the political elites which encourage them to cheat in order to pass their examinations, as their parents in political and civil service positions steal public resources thereby passing wrong values to society.

There is a need to totally overhaul the educational system to suit the challenges facing the African child today. The youth who will be leaders of tomorrow need to be given opportunity to try their hands on the reins of power.

The democratic government in Nigeria which is the government of the rich for the rich has to be proscribed through an uprising of the youths as the present political elites want to perpetuate their stay in power with the intention of passing governance to their kith and kin.
Regardless of their ethnic, religious, or educational background, the youth have to protest against this perpetual dominance. They need to take the bulls by the horns to secure the future they desire.  If the political system is right in Nigeria, you can be sure that there will be peace and progress for humanity as creation started at Ile-Ife-the cradle of civilization the center of the world. Today Nigeria is the new headquarter of God’s Kingdom on Earth. Since the world is now a Global Village we should welcome all the peoples of the world who believe in God to join us in building the next civilization on earth whose creation will put an end to poverty, misery and spate of death through natural disasters and various uprisings all over the world and peace and a closer walk with our creator will be established.
Shalom.
